I’ve been looking and looking for a lodge/tree house that looks like the one from Walk the Line , and this comes so very close! Love the natural light in the living area.

Thanks Lisa, I agree, Llangollen is so gorgeous! I do have a post coming soon that’s just about Llangollen. I wanted to keep this post just about the lodge or it would be way too long and with far too many photos!

I loved your post! I’ve been to Llangollen, Wales. It looks like you had a luxurious stay. When I was there, I stayed in the city at the Bird in Hand, more in town. It was amazing. There were steep green hillsides with sheep grazing and tall rock fences, and ancient castles that were falling apart. There are a few display gardens that tourists can walk through. One of the rock bridges, when I was there, they walked some work horses and buggy across it. It was like stepping back 300+ years in time. It’s an AMAZING place to go. I think your post is great, but I really think it doesn’t do it justice. You’ve got to go into the town of Llangollen to appreciate it.
