Definitely a sensible option. Unfortunately, a lot of people (myself included) wouldn’t be able to save a full 12 months income – or if they could it would take years and they’d never go freelance. If you’re able to save 12 months worth of income though I’d go for it – you could afford to be picky with the clients you take on and that can only be a good thing long term!

In my opinion, i think we should save money for 12 months live expense.
Just in case something worst happen.
We should prepare for the worst.
